Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Hvozdiar held a meeting with the Commander of NATO’s Security Assistance and Training Mission for Ukraine — Commander of the Security Assistance Group–Ukraine (NSATU/SAG-U), Lieutenant General Curtis Buzzard.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The parties discussed the deepening of bilateral cooperation, in particular regarding the joint production of weapons and military equipment.
“Strengthening the partnership with the United States is key to the development of our defense-industrial complex. We discussed the creation of joint production of modern unmanned systems — something that today is massively saving the lives of both military personnel and civilians”, — said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Hvozdiar.
Special attention during the meeting was given to engaging international partners in the implementation of strategic projects of Ukraine’s defense-industrial complex in 2025–2026 to strengthen Ukraine’s capabilities in the war against the aggressor.
