Commander-in-Chief Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi has outlined his vision, priorities, and principles for managing and developing Ukraine’s Armed Forces.

Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi has become the first Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to publicly declare such principles.

“These are my principles of leadership and development of the Armed Forces during wartime. They explain how I intend to lead the military. They set out the vision, priorities, and expectations that will guide my actions,” he said.

It is worth emphasizing that this is an official document published by the General Staff under the title “Principles of Leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Military Development in Wartime.”

At the same time, the document states that these principles do not replace existing strategic and operational plans. Separate documents will define the procedure for their implementation, specific tasks, and performance indicators.
