Mykhailo Drapatyi held his first phone call with NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe Alexus Grynkewich.

He spoke about the outcome of the conversation on Wednesday, July 29.

“I outlined my vision of Ukraine’s victory and the capabilities needed to achieve it. At this stage of the war, we must intensify operations across multiple domains, prevent enemy infiltration into our defensive lines, and expand long-range and medium-range fire strikes against the enemy,” the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.

He also stressed the need to further develop Ukraine’s army corps and increase their autonomy.

“We are working to increase the lethality of enemy losses and reduce Moscow’s economic capabilities. To achieve this, we are employing asymmetric approaches and Ukrainian technologies,” Mykhailo Drapatyi added.
