UAS Forces Target russia’s Shadow Fleet Tankers in the Black Sea.

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) have launched a new phase of operations targeting tankers and other vessels belonging to russia’s shadow fleet operating in the Black Sea.

The announcement was made on Tuesday, July 15, by Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Major Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, via his official Telegram channel.

According to him, 20 vessels were successfully struck overnight, marking the first wave of attacks in the Black Sea.

Brovdi said the new stage of operations against russia’s shadow fleet is dedicated to Ukrainian Statehood Day.

“The first round of the maritime campaign in the Sea of Azov is complete — 116 vessels of russia’s shadow fleet have been struck. Now it’s the Black Sea: 17 oil tankers, two LNG carriers, and one tugboat have been hit,” he wrote, adding that footage of the strikes will be released later.

As previously reported by ArmyInform, operators of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces struck 11 vessels belonging to russia’s shadow fleet in the Sea of Azov the day before.
