Ukrainian drones spoiled Putin’s forum: Ukrainian UAVs attacked St. Petersburg, triggering mass panic in the city
On the morning of Wednesday, June 3, Ukrainian strike drones attacked oil refining infrastructure in the port of St. Petersburg.
This is evidenced by videos showing the reactions of shocked local residents.
As seen in footage from eyewitnesses, thick plumes of black smoke rise from several locations across the city following the strikes.
“Everything is on fire over there! One, two, three… It’s just intense. What should we do? As long as it doesn’t hit the house,” comments one local resident on what she saw.
It is interesting to note that the UAV attack took place against the backdrop of the so-called “International Economic Forum,” where the head of Putin’s Kremlin regime is scheduled to speak.
However, it remains unclear whether he will dare to emerge from his “bunker” in light of this massive strike on the city, which has been considered the Russian dictator’s fiefdom since his time at the St. Petersburg City Hall.
In any case, the forum’s few guests will be able to enjoy the spectacle of St. Petersburg in flames even as they approach Pulkovo Airport, as the scale and consequences of the Ukrainian attack are truly staggering.
