Deep Strikes Have Knocked Out More Than Half of Russia’s Oil Refining Capacity

Deep strikes by Ukraine’s Defence Forces have knocked out more than half of Russia’s oil refining capacity.

The General Staff noted that the targeted complex, located 1,300 kilometres from the Ukrainian border, is involved in meeting the needs of Russian occupation forces.

It added that strikes against such facilities in the aggressor state constitute the exercise of Ukraine’s inherent right to self-defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter and are aimed at reducing Russia’s military and economic potential.
