A key facility receiving electricity from the Kuban – Crimea Energy Bridge — the main entry point for power supplied from mainland Russia to the occupied penins

This was announced by the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major Robert “Madyar” Brovdi.

The energy bridge is 14.5 kilometers long and consists of four underwater power cable lines.

The targeted facility, the PP-2 “Crimea” Transition Point, receives these underwater cables and transfers electricity to overhead transmission lines.

During the first eight days of July, the Birds of the Unmanned Systems Forces struck 50 energy infrastructure hubs in Crimea and the southern part of the temporarily occupied territories.

Among the targets were:

  • Kuban–Crimea electricity transfer point, Hlazivka, Autonomous Republic of Crimea — 412th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Nemesis”;
  • Nyzhnohirsk electrical substation, Autonomous Republic of Crimea — 9th “Kairos” Battalion, 414th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Madyar’s Birds”;
  • Pumping Station No. 3 electrical substation, Zelenyi Yar, Autonomous Republic of Crimea — 9th “Kairos” Battalion, 414th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Madyar’s Birds”;
  • Novotroitske electrical substation, Autonomous Republic of Crimea — “Phoenix” Unmanned Aerial Systems Group;
  • Kalynove electrical substation, Luhansk Oblast — 20th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “K-2”;
  • Troitske electrical substation, Luhansk Oblast — 20th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “K-2”.

Air defense assets were also struck:

  • 1RL131 P-18 radar, Zelenyi Yar, Donetsk Oblast — 6th Battalion, 414th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Madyar’s Birds”;
  • 1RL131 P-18 radar, Starodubivka, Donetsk Oblast — “13” Detachment, 414th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Madyar’s Birds”;
  • 1L22 “Parol-4” radar, Starodubivka, Donetsk Oblast — 6th Battalion, 414th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Madyar’s Birds”.

Additional targets included:

  • Repair base of the 27th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, 1st Tank Army, Pysarivka, Luhansk Oblast — 20th Separate Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces “K-2”;
  • Hvardiiske training ground, Oleksandrivka, Kherson Oblast — 413th Separate Regiment of the Unmanned Systems Forces “Raid”.

During the night, in the operational depth of the occupied territories in Crimea and the southern part of the temporarily occupied territories, the Birds of the Unmanned Systems Forces struck 53 military targets.
