This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated last week that since the beginning of the year, Russia has lost at least $7 billion directly due to Ukrainian “long-range sanctions” targeting the Russian oil industry and refining sector.

Over the past month, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck at least 14 such targets – from oil refineries in the Volga and Ural regions to port terminals on the Baltic and Black Seas.

The Russian oil refining and fuel logistics facilities hit in April include:

  • three strikes on the Tuapse Oil Refinery, Tuapse (Krasnodar Krai), ~1,500 km;
  • strike on the Orsknefteorgsintez refinery, Orsk (Orenburg Oblast), ~1,500 km;
  • Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery, Perm (Perm Krai), ~1,500 km;
  • Bashneft-Novoil refinery, Ufa (Bashkortostan), ~1,400 km;
  • Novokuibyshevsk refinery, Novokuibyshevsk (Samara Oblast), ~1,000 km;
  • mass attack on the Syzran refinery, Syzran (Samara Oblast), ~900 km;
  • Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery, Kstovo (Nizhny Novgorod Oblast), ~800 km;
  • damage to a distillation unit at the Yaroslavl refinery, Yaroslavl (Yaroslavl Oblast), ~750 km.

Last month, key Russian oil facilities that generate export revenues for the aggressor’s budget and directly supply occupation forces also came under attack by Ukrainian Defense Forces.

On April 10, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck oil extraction infrastructure in the open sea for the first time. Ice-resistant fixed platforms at two fields in the Caspian Sea were damaged, located about 1,000 kilometers from the line of contact.

Strikes were also carried out on the following port terminals and transport infrastructure:

  • Port of Primorsk, Leningrad Oblast, ~850 km;
  • Ust-Luga Oil terminal, Leningrad Oblast, ~900 km;
  • RPK-Visotsk Lukoil-2 oil terminal, Leningrad Oblast, ~950 km;
  • Tikhoretsk oil pumping station (Krasnodar Krai), ~300 km;
  • Sheskharis oil terminal, Novorossiysk, ~420 km.

As reported by ArmyInform, the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted an operation at a record distance from the state border and managed to reach the Russian city of Chelyabinsk.
