A defender with the callsign “Diana” serves in the unmanned systems regiment Kraken 1654 of the 3rd Army Corps.

Her story was published on March 22 on the regiment’s channel.

“I wanted to serve. But since I was married, I couldn’t allow myself to do it, because I understood my husband was serving and would worry about me. But when I got divorced, nothing held me back anymore. I wanted action!” — Diana says.

She recalls heavy fighting in the Luhansk region.

“It was terrifying there, and it was terrifying for everyone. When people say women don’t belong in war because they can’t handle it psychologically — that’s not true”, — Diana believes.
