In the Zaporizhzhia direction, clearing operations in villages continue. Enemy “infiltrators” are being eliminated.
This was reported on Army TV by the platoon commander of the NRC of the 131st Separate Reconnaissance Battalion named after Colonel Yevhen Konovalets, call sign “Viter”.
He said that the unit conducted a clearing operation in the village of Ternuvate the day before. Reconnaissance troops encountered a significant number of accumulated enemy personnel. All of them were eliminated; some were taken prisoner.
Another operation was conducted using a ground robotic system. Using the NRC, the battalion eliminated an enemy sabotage-reconnaissance group.
“The infiltration happened. We eliminated the Russians, didn’t let them take the village, didn’t let them post a video with their ‘rag banner’. Mostly, we work on temporarily alive enemy troops. We also have experience targeting civilian cars and shelters, but mostly it’s enemy manpower destruction”, — the platoon commander said.
