A difficult evacuation using a ground drone took place in the Pokrovsk direction. At the center of the story is defender Pavlo, a soldier of the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush, who sustained shrapnel injuries to both legs and was forced to remain in a partially destroyed dugout.

For five days the soldier survived in subzero temperatures without food or water, quenching his thirst with snow, until his radio battery died.
Due to the difficult conditions and impossibility of approaching with regular vehicles, the unit used a ground robotic system to rescue their comrade.
“The video shows the robot entering the position, loading the severely frostbitten wounded soldier, and the evacuation route under threat of shelling. Unfortunately, the wounded fighter had to undergo amputation of both legs”, — the brigade noted.
