In the area of responsibility of the Joint Forces Grouping, the enemy continues attacks, actively “probing” the border to identify weak points in Ukrainian defenses.
This was stated on Suspilne News by Viktor Trehubov, Head of Communications of the Joint Forces Grouping.
According to him, Russians are trying to find weak spots at the junctions of Ukrainian units defending the border, then attack — as they did in Sumy Oblast, where they occupied the village of Hrabovske.
“They are trying to advance in Kharkiv Oblast — the Sotnytskyi Kozachok area, the Terny area, and border settlements. Aggression continues where it never stopped — the Lyman axis. Attempts continue on the Kupiansk axis, though rather clumsy. Pressure also continues on the Southern Slobozhanshchyna axis, primarily around Vovchansk”, — he said.
The enemy attacks without regard for losses and does not evacuate soldiers.
“They essentially have no evacuation at all, except in very rare cases. No evacuation — regardless of whether a soldier is lightly wounded, severely wounded, dead, or dying. Logistics are extremely difficult, and they don’t run them for the wounded. If they deliver supplies by horses, what evacuation can we talk about?” — Trehubov stated.
