The Ukrainian delegation is heading to the United States, where meetings will take place regarding draft documents for a peace plan and ending the war.
This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a briefing in Kyiv on January 16.
He noted that, despite everything, the Ukrainian team is actively working with representatives of the President of the United States, and meetings of Ukrainian representatives in the U.S. are scheduled in the coming days.
“The Ukrainian delegation is currently on its way to the United States, and we hope that there will be greater clarity both regarding the documents that we have already essentially prepared together with the American side, and regarding Russia’s response to all the diplomatic work that has taken place and is ongoing”, — the Head of State said.
