“Heavenly Punishment” disrupted the enemy’s plans: near Rodynske, reconnaissance troops eliminated a group of occupiers
UAV operators of the “Heavenly Punishment” unit of the 132nd Air Assault Battalion destroyed 13 Russian servicemen who were attempting to entrench on the outskirts of Rodynske — northeast of Pokrovsk. Reconnaissance troops also disrupted the enemy’s plan to establish firing positions in urban development.
The corresponding video was published on the page of the 132nd Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the unit, the enemy attempted to move toward the outskirts of Rodynske in order to later equip firing positions within urban areas. These positions were planned to be used by Russian forces to support offensive actions of their units.
The first enemy group was struck by UAV operators while still on the approach routes. After that, reconnaissance troops systematically finished off those who managed to break closer to the city.
As a result of the coordinated work of the unit, 13 Russian servicemen were destroyed. None of them managed to entrench on the outskirts of the settlement.
The battalion notes that the attempt to establish firing positions in residential areas was thwarted, and the enemy’s plans to exert further pressure in this direction were destroyed.
