Logistical support for Russian positions in the Pokrovsk sector is under constant threat from Ukrainian drone strikes. The enemy is unable to use vehicles even to supply drone operators and mortar crews.

This was stated on Army TV by Maksym Bohachuk, call sign “Kondor”, commander of the 1st Unmanned Systems Battalion “Sky Predators” of the 59th Separate Assault Unmanned Systems Brigade named after Yakiv Handziuk.

“Currently, movement is mostly on foot. Even logistics to the positions of their pilots and mortars—that is, units not located on the front line—they try to move on foot”, — he said.

The use of vehicles is possible only at a distance of 5–7 kilometers from the front line, but even there Ukrainian drones hunt them effectively.

“As for the 5–7 kilometer zone from the front line, they still try to transport supplies using various vans, quad bikes, motorcycles—basically everything they have. And we constantly try to work them over”, — Kondor said.
