As part of measures to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, on the night of January 6 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the “Gerkon Plus” oil depot near the settlement of Striletski Khutory in the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The target was hit. Explosions were recorded. A fire broke out. The extent of damage is being clarified.

In addition, strikes were delivered against enemy UAV control points in the areas of:

  • Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, Ukraine;

  • Valyetovka, Kursk region, Russian Federation;

  • Grayvoron, Belgorod region, Russian Federation.

In all cases, hits on targets were confirmed.

A 9S32 radar station of the S-300V surface-to-air missile system was also hit near Novoyanisol on the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region.

Furthermore, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck an area of enemy manpower concentration near Staroselye in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. The target was hit. Losses are being clarified.
