On the Lyman axis, Russian occupation forces have concentrated the main strike fist of their 20th Combined Arms Army.
This was stated on the air of Army TV by Maksym Bilousov, Head of the Communications Section of the 60th Separate Mechanized Inhulets Brigade.
“Sometimes the force ratio is 1 to 6, and at times 1 to 10. The enemy keeps pushing forward, using infantry assaults, and recently has begun employing mechanized equipment. The assault troops were in camouflage suits and well equipped”, — Maksym Bilousov said.
According to him, the enemy uses armored vehicles exclusively as “taxis”, that is, to transport infantry.
“The armored vehicles hit mines, since all routes are mined, and then our drones finished them off so the enemy could not recover them for repair. The only personnel they care about are drone operators. As for the rest, they are abandoned — they sit without food and drink water from puddles”, — the representative of the 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade added.
