In the Pokrovsk direction, in the area of responsibility of the 38th Brigade units, in Myrnohrad and on the outskirts of the city, the situation is extremely hot. The occupiers are advancing on the Pokrovsk–Myrnohrad agglomeration very actively. This is the most intense combat zone along the entire frontline.

This was stated on Army TV by Oleksii Hodzenko, spokesperson for the Korsar Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 38th Marine Brigade.

According to him, a huge amount of “Russian cannon fodder” has been amassed in this sector of the front. The enemy is trying absolutely different tactics — both classic “meat assaults,” “small-group assaults,” and mechanized attacks. They are probing the entire defensive line, trying to slip through and break in. Myrnohrad itself, already in the first month, is simply being erased by artillery strikes and aerial bombs.

“They absolutely do not spare their infantry, trying different assault approaches in different places, simply sending hundreds, thousands of their degenerates into these assaults. Right now, the highest-priority targets for both us and the enemy are UAV pilots. Because the majority of fire damage on the front — on our side it’s over 80% — is inflicted by UAV assets. Finding an enemy pilot is a priority target both for us and for the enemy”, — Oleksii Hodzenko noted.
