At the same time, every day we destroy its manpower and equipment, disrupt its plans, and hold our positions. The Commander-in-Chief thanked General Fabien Mandon, the government, and the people of France for their steadfast political and military support of Ukraine.
The symbolic conclusion of the meeting was the presentation of the Legion of Honor to General Oleksandr Syrskyi — the highest state award of France, conferred by the head of state for exceptional military or civilian merits.
