From now on, new military registration documents are created only in electronic format. The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine explained what to do if a person liable for military service does not have a phone.

Oleh Berestovyi, Head of the Main Directorate of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, explained this live on air.

According to him, military registration documents can be issued through Reserv+. Thus, the Reserv ID becomes the main form of the document for persons liable for military service, conscripts, and reservists.

“The electronic format will help avoid situations where the document is lost, damaged, or forged. We believe it is necessary to minimize visits to the TCCs (Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers) for routine administrative processes that can be done online instead of offline. And during wartime, TCCs should focus only on those who will serve in the military in the future”, — said Oleh Berestovyi.

If a person liable for military service does not have a phone, they can log in to the Diia portal and generate this document there.

“Or they can go directly to the TCC, and they will generate, in the unified format, the same document you would receive through Reserv+ or on the Diia portal. You can print it out and carry it with you. It will have a corresponding QR code that can be scanned to confirm the validity of the information about you stored in the register of persons liable for military service”, — Oleh Berestovyi added.
