In September, the 14th Regiment of the USF “Madjar’s Birds” struck 19 enemy oil refineries and other elements of fuel infrastructure.

This was reported by the Commander of the USF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, major Robert, callsign “Madjar” Brovdi.

By the forces of the USF, the following were struck:

  • Sloviansk Oil Refinery (03.09), USF
  • Luhansk Oil Depot (04.09), USF
  • Ryazan Oil Refinery (05.09), USF jointly with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU), Special Operations Forces (SOF), and other components of the Security and Defence Forces of Ukraine (SDF)
  • LVDS “8-N” (06.09), USF
  • PPS “Vtorovo” (07.09), USF
  • GPS “Shilovo-3” (07.09), USF
  • Kirishi Oil Refinery (14.09), USF, SOF
  • Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery (16.09), USF, DIU
  • Combined POL Depot of the Southern Military District, Dzhankoi (16.09), USF
  • Novokuybyshevsk Oil Refinery (20.09), USF
  • Saratov Oil Refinery (20.09), USF and another component of the SDF
  • Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant (22.09), USF
  • LVDS “Samara” (23.09), USF
  • Novopskov POL facility (24.09), USF
  • GDS “Shchastia” (24.09), USF
  • GDS “Sievierodonetska” (25.09), USF
  • “EuroChem-Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers” (25.09), USF
