President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukrainian servicemen have begun a mission in Denmark to share their experience in countering drones. Its results may serve as the foundation for creating a new European system of protection against UAVs — the so-called “Drone Wall.”

Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about this on his page.

“Our servicemen have begun deploying a mission in Denmark to spread Ukrainian experience in drone defense. The guys have arrived to take part in joint exercises with partners, which may become the basis for a new system to counter Russian and any other drones”, – the President noted.

According to him, Ukrainian experience, specialists, and technologies may become a key element of the future European “Drone Wall” — a large-scale project that will ensure security in the skies.

Volodymyr Zelensky reported that he had already received the first report from the team in Denmark and instructed the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Minister of Defense, and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council to work promptly with all European partners capable of deploying such a system.

“The results of the mission in Denmark will shape the relevant framework for cooperation with other European countries as well”, – the Head of State summarized.
