Ukrainian Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara held a phone call with his Danish counterpart Troels Lund Poulsen.

According to a report, particular attention was paid to countering russian terror, including ballistic missiles and jet-powered unmanned aerial vehicles.

“The ministers discussed specific opportunities to strengthen Ukraine’s capabilities in these areas, including through the development of interceptor and electronic warfare solutions. The ministers also discussed the implementation of key joint initiatives, including the FREYJA anti-ballistic project,” the statement said.

In addition, the defence ministers discussed opportunities to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

Ukraine is ready to share with its partners the operational experience and expertise gained in countering modern threats, particularly in the field of unmanned systems, as well as to contribute to the training of foreign specialists.
