President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Ukraine’s negotiating team ahead of talks with representatives of the US President.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this on social media.

“Ready for talks. Ukraine has always been and will remain constructive. We are interested in bringing the war to an end,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

According to him, for Ukraine, it is important not only to end the hostilities, but also to secure security guarantees and a dignified post-war peace.

“Our proposals are ready. It is important to work in a coordinated, substantive and realistic manner,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

As previously reported, the President of Ukraine said that the Ukrainian team has been in round-the-clock contact with representatives of the US side and is preparing for the meetings.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine expects to host representatives of the US President in Kyiv in the coming days.

“It is important that America remains active. We are ready to meet with them in Ukraine — at the appropriate level and in a substantive manner,” the President emphasized.
