Ukrainian ground, naval and aerial unmanned systems took part in the Independence Day parade in the capital.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy posted the video on his social media accounts.

Over the years of the war, Ukraine has built what is effectively a new defence industry — modern, technological, an industry that meets the challenges of the war.

“And today we can all see the results of that work — on land, at sea and in the sky. The Ukrainian strength we saw today on Khreshchatyk, on the Dnipro and in our skies is the first parade of its kind, a parade of drones,” the President stressed.

The parade featured unmanned ground vehicles: the Termit, Rys, Simba, Ardal, Zmiy and Ratel.

Ukrainian naval drones moved along the Dnipro — the fleet Ukraine created during the full-scale war: Sea Baby, Magura and Sarhan.

Domestically produced UAVs of various types flew over the capital: air target interceptors P1-Sun, Litavr and Sting; Ukrainian bombers Vampire, Lazar and Heavy Shot; reconnaissance drones Shark and LF-400; and Ukraine’s long-range sanctions — Morok and Sichen.

“And this is only part of what Ukraine can already take pride in,” the President said.

This is what Ukraine uses to protect the lives of its people. It is what makes this war distinctive.

“And it is what will allow Ukraine, after this war, to be a genuine security donor. We have something to show. We have something to thank Ukrainians for — those who produce and use our weapons. We have the means to defend Ukraine’s independence,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed.
