Ukraine's Defence Procurement Agency (DOT) is expanding its engagement with European partners in the CORPUS coalition, which is to become a permanent platform.

The CORPUS coalition was established in April 2026 on the initiative of the Defence Procurement Agency (DOT).

For Ukraine, it offers an opportunity to scale up the experience of supplying its forces gained during the full-scale war, while partner countries gain access to practical solutions tested in real combat conditions.

Key areas of focus include:

  • compliance and supplier vetting;
  • the digitalisation of supply management;
  • the sustainability of defence procurement.

The first multinational working groups have already begun operating within CORPUS. They bring together representatives of the procurement agencies of Ukraine, Finland, Italy, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The Ministry of Defence notes that the work of these groups will help align approaches to defence procurement, improve the processes of supplying Ukraine’s Defence Forces, and develop cooperation between partner countries in strengthening defence capabilities.
