On 8 July 2026, the ZBROYA team will host an in-person training for representatives of Ukraine’s defence industry enterprises, focused on the employment of veterans and their successful integration into the workforce.

During the training, participants will receive practical guidance on preparing teams to work with veterans, developing effective HR processes, onboarding employees with combat experience, providing psychological support, and ensuring respectful and ethical communication.

The programme will also cover practical approaches to building effective interaction with veterans, supporting them throughout the adaptation process, and leveraging their unique experience to strengthen the capabilities of defence enterprises.

Veterans’ experience is a valuable asset for the development of Ukraine’s defence industry. Defence companies can play a leading role in creating meaningful career opportunities that enable former service members to successfully transition into civilian professional life after completing their military service.
