“I Enjoy It More When I Can’t See Anything” — Pilot “Nimets”

A UAV operator of the “Typhoon” unmanned systems unit with the callsign “Nimets” can strike the enemy even blindly.

The interview with the soldier was published on March 19 on the unit’s channel.

There are pilots who do not need goggles or even a monitor. Their skills allow them to hit targets based on feeling alone. “Nimets” is one of them.

“I actually enjoy it more now not when you see everything clearly and destroy targets well, but when you can’t see anything at all — and somehow you still manage to destroy them. I’ve had such cases”, — “Nimets” said.
