Pilots of the 225th Assault Regiment described a settlement that remained under Russian “control” for only a few minutes.

The video was published on March 18 on the regiment’s channel.

The footage shows a lone Russian assault trooper entering an abandoned village, tearing down a Ukrainian flag, and waving a tricolor so a drone could record it.

He then rushed into a house to hide, but shortly after, several Ukrainian drones struck the building, leaving the enemy flag-bearer no chance.

“Perhaps Russian news will report today another ‘capture’ of a settlement, but in reality it was a ‘flag-runner’— killed. We’re waiting for the next one, and we’ll kill him too”, — the regiment said.
