Last year, 50 defense-sector companies and over 1,500 specialists took part in Talent Arsenal. In 2026, the organizers aim to surpass these numbers.
The program includes:
- panel discussions with representatives of the Ministry of Defense and key market players;
- pitches of technological solutions;
- interview-training sessions, career consultations in the defense industry;
- direct communication with manufacturers and engineers.
The event will take place in Kyiv on March 14. Registration is open until March 9.
