Operators of the 422nd Luftwaffe Unmanned Systems Regiment managed to locate and destroy a Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system.
The video of the combat work was published on the regiment’s channel.
The footage shows that the Russians hid their SAM system in a tree line. However, it was detected by our reconnaissance drone.
After that, our strike drone was directed at the “Buk”. It exploded near the target and damaged it.
But the pilots of the 422nd regiment did not stop there and sent a second drone, which hit the “Buk” directly, causing its ammunition to detonate and a powerful fire to break out.
“Now it will be safer for our aviation to operate”, — the 422nd regiment commented on the video.
