In Crimea, Defense Forces Hit a Russian Ka-27 Helicopter
Ukraine’s Defense Forces hit a Russian Ka-27 naval helicopter and three enemy UAV control points.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On the night of February 17, near the settlement of Kamyshly in occupied Crimea, Ukrainian forces hit a Russian multi-purpose shipborne Ka-27 helicopter. A direct hit was recorded.
Additionally, on February 16, three enemy UAV control points were hit:
- near Huliaypole (occupied Zaporizhzhia region);
- near Anatoliivka (Kursk Oblast, Russia);
- near Zatyshshia (occupied Zaporizhzhia region).
Enemy losses and the final scale of damage are being clarified.
“The Defense Forces of Ukraine will continue systematically striking facilities that ensure command, aviation, and UAV operations of the Russian aggressor”, — the General Staff emphasized.
