Information from various units is now integrated into one digital system, enabling units to obtain electronic warfare (EW) equipment more quickly.

This was reported on 16 February by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The Logistics Management System displays in real time what EW equipment is available, its condition, and whether it requires repair. This enables a transparent and clear supply chain — from submitting a request to actual use in the unit.

Less bureaucracy:

  • units can quickly submit requests according to their actual needs, without extra steps or duplication;

  • transparent movement of equipment — the system shows each stage from request to delivery;

  • equipment condition control — the system shows which equipment is functional and which requires maintenance or repair.

More than 200 military units and command bodies will now be able to obtain EW equipment faster.

The Ministry notes that in 2026 workstations for ULZ will continue to be deployed in military units in the EW field — meaning even more units will be integrated into the unified digital system.

About the system:

ULZ is built on the basis of SAP, a data-driven defence resource-management platform used by over 90% of NATO armies. It was deployed jointly by the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Forces Command.

It enables real-time visibility of available resources, tracking their movement, planning supplies, and making decisions based on up-to-date data.
