On the night of February 4 (starting 19:00 on February 3), the enemy attacked with 105 strike UAVs of the Shahed, “Gerbera”, “Italmas”, and other types.
This was reported by the Air Force of the AFU.
Enemy drones attacked from directions: Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), temporarily occupied Donetsk, and Chauda in occupied Crimea; about 70 of them were Shaheds.
The air attack was repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, EW units, drone units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
As of 08:00, preliminary data indicate that air defense shot down/suppressed 88 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types over the north, south, and east of the country.
Hits from 17 strike UAVs were recorded at 14 locations, with debris falling in 5 locations.
The enemy is attempting to develop the production of naval drones and copy successful Ukrainian practices — both technical solutions and tactics.
