Fighters of the 1st Battalion of Unmanned Systems “Height Predators” of the 59th Assault Brigade of Unmanned Systems named after Yakiv Handziuk struck a Russian heavy flamethrower system TOS-1A, also known as “Solntsepyok”.

The video of the combat strike was published on January 29 on the battalion’s channel.

To camouflage the vehicle, Russians painted it white, but this did not help.

“Thanks to our friends from a neighboring unit, the enemy equipment was detected — its estimated cost is about $15 million.

So we sent two FPVs to hit this tin can, and we succeeded. Unfortunately, we did not manage to destroy the system completely, but after the attack it will require serious repair and will be out of action for some time.

And considering that this system is now being hunted, the enemy is unlikely to risk deploying it again soon”, — the battalion commented.
