Major Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, spoke about distancing personnel from the battlefield and when USF units will transition to an operational level of work.

His address was published on Madyar’s channel.

“Today we destroy three enemy battalions every day. Three battalions daily. This is not enough. We must destroy significantly more. And to do this — and this applies mainly to commanders — we must work on preserving our personnel, creating conditions for their rapid distancing from the battlefield and conducting strike operations from afar to compensate for the lack of replenishment.

We do not expect any rose-colored scenarios for mobilization in 2026. Those who wanted to fight are fighting or have died. Those who haven’t fought for four years — expecting them to volunteer is unrealistic, though we will work on it. But I wouldn’t get my hopes up”, — said Brovdi.

He also explained under what conditions USF units will be able to move from a tactical to an operational level:

“The task of the USF group is to immediately, at the first opportunity, transition fully to the operational level — when the majority of army corps increase the technological capability of their own units and can independently cover the tactical level. On that day, we will move to the operational level in full strength”.
