On the night of January 25 (from 18:30 on January 24), the enemy attacked with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles / S-300 surface-to-air guided missiles from the Bryansk region, as well as 102 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera types and drones of other types.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy attacked from the following directions: Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Shatalovo — Russian Federation; temporarily occupied Donetsk; about 70 of them were Shahed drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data as of 08:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 87 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, and other-type UAVs in the north, south, center, and east of the country.
Hits by 15 strike UAVs were recorded at 10 locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (debris) at one location. Information regarding two enemy missiles is being clarified.
