“This is a revolutionary project”: Defense Minister announces the launch of Mission Control
Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of the revolutionary Mission Control project — a drone management system within the DELTA combat ecosystem.
The head of the defense ministry reported this on his channel on January 23.
“We are uniting all drone operations into a single digital system — launching the revolutionary Mission Control project. Modern warfare is technological. Thanks to e-logs, we fully understand what is happening with drones on the battlefield.
We see completed missions, their intensity, and the contribution of each crew. But to strike the enemy even more effectively, this is not enough. That is why we are launching Mission Control — a drone management system in the DELTA combat ecosystem. I have already signed the relevant order”, — he wrote.
According to him, this is a revolutionary project in which each crew enters into the system the UAV type, launch point, route, and mission.
“We are eliminating the paper army that takes time and focus away from the military. All data is generated automatically based on the real work of crews. For the first time, commanders receive a complete picture of mission execution in real time — without manual reports and bureaucracy”, — the minister emphasized.
He named the next step as the launch of a similar management system for artillery.
“Soon we will have complete information on drone crews, commanders, monthly ratings, and statistics of the entire corps. This will accelerate managerial decision-making — without manual mode and intuition. Brave1 has a department of the mathematics of war, and we are already scaling this experience across the defense system. We are moving from chaos and fragmented data to a controlled, technological war, where decisions are made based on precise figures rather than assumptions”, — Mykhailo Fedorov assured.
He noted that this is the new logic of warfare: to fight systematically, technologically, and effectively, while preserving the lives of our servicemen.
