The Signum Battalion of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh continues systematic work to detect and destroy the enemy in forested terrain.
A video of the combat operation was published on the battalion’s page.
The Lyman forests remain under constant surveillance. The occupiers try to act covertly — using snow cover, dense thickets, and dispersed small groups. However, these attempts yield no results.
“The work begins with scanning the area. Deep in the forest, we detect two enemy targets. The first is hit instantly. We return to record the result and immediately take the second. During the operation, reinforcements arrive, completing the clearing and eliminating the consequences of enemy presence”, — the message states.
What follows is a systematic search and destruction of the enemy without pauses or loss of tempo.
Some frames show the bodies of occupiers left in the forest and covered with snow. This is exactly what the final outcome of another enemy attempt to gain a foothold in the Lyman direction looks like.
