On the Lyman axis, the enemy attacks using both experienced soldiers and newcomers. The latter are most often thrown into senseless assaults in which they die to the last man.
This was stated on Army TV by Maksym Bilousov, Head of Communications of the 60th Separate Mechanized Inhulets Brigade.
According to him, enemy aviation is actively operating, along with constant attempts to infiltrate in small groups. FPVs, drop drones, and strike drones are used. The manpower ratio is 1 to 6 or 1 to 10, while the destruction ratio reaches 1 to 11. This is not surprising, as Russians throw untrained soldiers into assaults.
“Very often these small groups consist of poorly trained infantrymen who signed contracts. Sometimes it takes just two weeks before they end up on the line of contact. They are much worse equipped and worse prepared. Very often an enemy soldier simply walks along the road, already having accepted that he will be destroyed”, — Bilousov said.
Often, such assault troops do not even try to run or take cover. They just keep walking, and when they hear a drone, they do nothing. However, Bilousov emphasized that this does not mean the occupiers lack well-trained soldiers.
“There are also well-trained infantrymen. They differ in equipment — they may wear special white camouflage suits, have backpacks, carry a lot of weapons, and have food. That means they carry out missions and can then return or be evacuated somehow”, — Maksym Bilousov noted.
