Five enemy guns will no longer cause harm — Signum Operators distinguished themselves in the Lyman Direction
Enemy artillery is one of the most dangerous targets on the battlefield. That is why guns are among the priority targets for pilots of the Signum Battalion of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh.
A video of the combat operation was published on the battalion’s page.
Artillery operates from a distance, strikes positions, and tries to remain unseen.
The occupier clearly understands the threat from the air: carefully camouflages positions, stretches anti-drone nets, hides barrels among tree lines. But even this does not guarantee safety.
During the approach to the first gun, the obstacle of netting is noticed almost at the last moment.
Haste is the enemy here. Precision is decisive.
One target after another is put out of action. Five enemy guns are no longer firing.
“The final frames show a barrel still steaming after combat work. The gun had been firing quite recently. But this time — for the last time”, — the statement said.
