“I used to drive a Sprinter at most — now I feel quite solid”: The story of a BTR-4E driver
He is a BTR-4E driver. His brothers-in-arms — “Molodyi”, “Khripun”, Kolya, and Oleksii — serve in the battalion as gunners and drivers of the “Bucephalus”.
The story was published on the page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“I used to drive a Sprinter at most, and now I feel quite solid. You drive along — and all the cars give way”, — jokes “Tarantino”, a serviceman of the 2nd Assault Battalion of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade.
Some have been fighting since the first days of the full-scale invasion, others signed contracts before 2022, while some joined relatively recently.
Most of them came to the armored group from infantry units, so they know well how important it is to deliver fighters to mission areas on time and, when necessary, provide intense machine-gun fire against the enemy. That is why they give their all to perform their duties as effectively as possible.
Everyone here knows their role, is responsible for the equipment, and supports their comrades. This is how crews operate — returning from missions and heading back into battle again.
