President discussed continuing dialogue to support Ukraine with Steven Witkoff and Jared Kushner
In Paris, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with representatives of the U.S. President’s team Steven Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
This was reported by the Office of the President of Ukraine.
During the meeting, specific issues of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States to achieve a just peace were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the Coalition of the Willing meeting held that day and to the documents signed and approved as a result.
The parties also discussed the participation of American partners in Ukraine’s reconstruction and economic recovery.
They also spoke about further areas of cooperation. On January 7 in Paris, delegations of Ukraine, the United States, and European countries will continue work on security guarantees and the basic framework for ending the war.
A Ukrainian delegation will work in Paris consisting of Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President Serhii Kyslytsia, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrii Hnatov, Head of the Servant of the People faction in Parliament Davyd Arakhamia, and Presidential Office Adviser Oleksandr Bevz.
