Those released from captivity will now be entitled to leave — Verkhovna Rada
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law granting servicemen released from captivity, at their request, additional leave of 90 calendar days with full pay — without any additional conditions.
This was reported by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the evening of January 2.
According to the parliament, the leave will be granted in full, without division into parts, and regardless of the decision on whether to continue or terminate military service.
