From now on, issues related to military service can be submitted via the email address [email protected].

This was announced on January 2 by Military Ombudsman Olha Reshetylova.

To contact the Military Ombudsman, it is necessary to:

  • prepare an appeal addressed to the Military Ombudsman describing the essence of the issue;

  • attach, if available, documents confirming the facts stated in the complaint;

  • indicate your email address and mobile phone number for contact;

  • send the application and accompanying documents to the official email address of the Military Ombudsman: [email protected].

“As of January 2026, work is ongoing to create a hotline for the Office of the Military Ombudsman with a short number and the possibility to submit complaints via messengers and ‘Armiia+’.

Information about the launch of the call center will appear on the official social media pages of the Military Ombudsman”, — Olha Reshetylova reported.
