Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal congratulated Ukrainians on the New Year.

The greeting was published on the Minister’s Telegram channel.

“Sincere congratulations on the New Year!

In this festive time, pride in each and every person thanks to whom Ukraine repels the enemy is especially strong. In everyone who contributes to the future of our state. We bow deeply in gratitude to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and all our defenders and defenders, thanks to whom we can speak about plans for the coming year.

We will continue to build a modern army and develop our own weapons production. We will multiply this year’s achievements to ensure a strong military and a secure future for Ukraine.

I wish all Ukrainians and our soldiers goodness and happiness. May the coming year bring the long-awaited, just, and lasting peace.

Happy New Year! Glory to Ukraine!”
