The Termit unmanned ground robotic system has, for the first time, successfully carried out the evacuation of wounded soldiers without the involvement of personnel — three servicemen were evacuated from the battlefield during a single operation.

This was reported in a video published on the page of the 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade.

The operation lasted more than 10 hours. Initially, operators used Termit to deliver equipment to the outskirts of the combat area, after which the robotic platform, on a single charge, evacuated two wounded soldiers. Later, the drone returned for a third serviceman, who was moving independently toward the evacuation point.

According to the operators, while moving to the vehicle transfer point, the wounded soldier was even able to rest — the platform moved steadily and without jolts.

The use of unmanned ground robotic systems makes it possible to reduce risks for medics and evacuation teams and to save the lives of personnel amid active enemy drone and artillery operations.
