Christmas at the front line: Air assault troops received the warmth of the Bethlehem Fire
On Christmas Eve, defenders of the 46th Separate Airmobile Podillia Brigade were given the opportunity to take part in Christmas Eve traditions.
Relevant photographs were published on the channel of the 46th Separate Airmobile Podillia Brigade of the 8th Air Assault Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The light of the Bethlehem Fire for the Podillia paratroopers. Christmas is a time of light, hope, and unity, which even in the most difficult moments reminds us of eternal values. Despite daily combat missions, the Podillia paratroopers felt the warmth of the Christmas holidays”, — the statement reads.
The military chaplain of the 46th Brigade, Father Oleh, presented the defenders with Christmas kutia, treats, and the Bethlehem Fire — as a symbol of faith, hope, and light that overcomes darkness.
