The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching an opportunity for veterans to receive professional career counseling.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense on December 22.
The initiative aims to help people with combat experience apply the skills acquired during service and build a new stage of their careers in the defense industry.
“Veterans know the front line and understand what solutions the Security and Defense Forces need today. Their skills and experience are critically important for the development of the defense industry, the production of modern weapons, and military equipment”, — said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Hvozdiar.
According to her, career counseling is a tool that helps attract qualified professionals to a sector that today determines the country’s defense potential.
