The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine explained how the function for receiving notifications about the dispatch of a summons will work in Reserv+.

Oleh Berestovyi, Head of the Main Directorate of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, spoke about this live on air.

“We are developing this feature. It will most likely appear at the beginning of 2026. Users themselves asked us for it on social media, and we included this functionality in our development. It is a logical step. At the very least, it is convenient. Everything will work very simply”, — he said.

According to him, a person liable for military service will be able to log in to Reserv+ and, if they wish, enable notifications informing them that the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC) has sent them a paper summons.

“I emphasize that notifications in Reserv+ are something you can choose to receive or not. This is only an informational message, not an official delivery of the summons. And in such a situation, the summons will still be sent in paper form. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to know about this through the Reserv+ application”, — Oleh Berestovyi added.

He also explained what to do in case of a lack of internet due to power outages.

“For now, we recommend that our users save PDF files of their military registration document or make an additional printed copy so that it is always with you. This option is available in Reserv+. This way, you will always have access to this document. And so that this can also be done offline and to ensure that you always have an up-to-date military registration document in Reserv+, our team and I are currently working on this”, — Oleh Berestovyi explained.
